Staff was excellent, location in the great Paris suburb half an hour walk from last/first Metro station for line 9. Bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the metro or other way to Versailles' about 15 stops away. It was perfect for us visiting the Rock en Seine festival. It was an hour walk away. In the surroundings there are some good restaurants and places to have lunch and dinner. The hotel breakfast was french Ok.

Pet friendly is always a good bonus for us! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to get the bus for the Château de Versailles. Good walking distance from the train station (but uphill). Small supermarket across the street and the hotel allows you to use a clean microwave near the reception, so we saved a small fortune in our dinner meals. Good selection of Continental Breakfast, we only missed the scrambled eggs (but they have an option of boilled eggs) and only one type of cheese (Emmenthal). For a country who eats a lot of cheese we were a little surprised for the lack of choice. Good selection of bread. Room on the 2nd floor, no problem with shower (strong flow and hot), clean and with enough space for bags. We had a complementary tea and coffee set in our room (with kettle). In general, a normal clean 3 star hotel room.

This hotel is amazing. I visit Paris at least 2 times per year over 15 years and I've never been in such a friendly and welcome hotel. I feel at home and I feel like the team is a family and works in their own hotel.. not like a big hotel chain. We asked for early check in and they did it, we were tired from a long flight and I asked for coffee - ok, any time. Receptionist was so kind and she explain us all we need to know. Rooms were clean and perfect size for family. We didn't ask for close rooms but they mind ad they give to be close to each other. Area of the hotel is very nice - quite area with houses, restaurants, supermarket and close to the Versalles palace. Access to the center of Paris is very easy by public transport and by uber is 15-20 euro. It was perfect choice for our transit stay between Orly and Beauvais Airport. Thanks to all the team!

Excellent location for our short trip to Versaille Palace. Helpful receptionist assisted with bus information to Versaille which was only 25 minutes away at a cost of 2.50 euros one way per person. Can highly recommend Versaille Palace. Hotel within half a mile of beautiful forest areas for runs and walks. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants & takeaways all within immediate vicinity. Extremely comfortable bed. Great shower.

Hotel is well located for Versailles and trains into Paris with bus stops outside hotel. Didnt need to use our car. Very secure car park. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival some lights were not working in our room, so we were offered another room immediately by reception staff. There was a continental buffet breakfast which was excellent, plenty of food and continually stocked up.

The room has a heating and cooling system, a TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a desk with a kettle and some tea and coffee bags. We found the double bed comfortable and the bedding suitable for a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, and toilet paper. The breakfast was generously organized with enough food assortments. There was a smooth check-in and out for our stay in the hotel.

Grt staff..Andrea n Keio ?were amazing. Had water issue late 1 nite and on call maintenance man took grt care of us..good location for Palace V 15 min...20 min Renauld rest in Paris. Outstanding dining.

Good size room. All facilities available. Parking was a plus with 10 Euros per day u get covered secured parking. Right oposite to the hotel u get a grocery store and food point as well. 20 mins drive from Eiffle tower which is awesome if u hv your own car.
